It’s even worse than you think because that’s not a pickaxe...that’s actual meat he’s graspin’ there.

It’s not a late 90s isometric, real-time-with-pause RPG, sure. It’s Divinity: Original Sin 2 in a D&D universe with 5th Edition rules that are implemented about as well as in any previous game. But don’t let the name keep you from a game that should be pretty good when it releases!

This is a huge departure from the Baldurs Gate we all knew and loved. Seems like the 3/4 top-down view is gone forever, but the D&D mechanics are still here. definitely interested in playing it though.
