It scares me to think what it’s really been like around CDPR lately. They’ve probably been crunching so hard already on a game that clearly wasn’t close to being ready, given that it’s an almost half-year delay.

The whole “he’s a teenager and they do stupid things” excuse should not hold an ounce of merit.

Man, that sucks that you have to go to see literally every single movie that comes out ever. And that they force you to pay your hard earned money for each and every one. What jerks.

I don’t see why they’d use the platinum trophy to measure the number of people who played the game, as they did in the case of Mass Effect: Andromeda. That only gives you the number of people that played the hell out of anything in particular.

They’re doing what they like, and in the process getting to do stuff like zip line in Vegas. I don’t see any reason they should be embarrassed about that. Shaming them for it, on the other hand...

I don’t get it - they throw the poor guy under the bus as fast as possible and then repeat what he said verbatim. THAT’S more upsetting to me than anything else they’ve done so far.

I agree. I don’t even like the term ‘esports’ as a stopgap. They’re games. Poker is a game. Video games are...games.

I just read Snow Crash by the same author. As I’m reading, I’m enjoying it, thinking it’s a great satire of modern America; very with the times dealing with politics and corporate America and all that.
