This might end up being incredible, but until I see something more substantial on the list of supported games I’m not going to get too excited. This just reminds me too much of the 360’s “backward compatibility” that was awkwardly ignored until it was forgotten about.

Of everything I’ve seen so far, this has me the most excited, and it looks surprisingly far along. Here’s hoping for an early 2016 release, but of course I won’t be holding my breath...

This was the one thing I wanted from this year’s E3, so yeah, I'm hyped.

What makes Thorn ridiculous is the range. Who needs a sniper/scout rifle when there's a hand cannon that hits that hard from that far away, and then deals damage over time to boot.

Except it’s not an alternate universe.

I'm going to need more than just this one scientific study before I believe it...

While entertaining, Avengers 2 felt like the quintessential middle movie of a trilogy. At the end you’re maybe a few steps, if that, ahead of where you were at the beginning. Stuff happened, people fought, some died, but really all it did was maintain the status quo.

Well gee golly, if it’s between go with randoms and don’t go at all because my friends don’t play Destiny, then yes, I’d rather go with randoms.

That’s what I’ll end up doing, but I don’t see how that’s any better of an experience than matchmaking would be. Plus, matchmaking theoretically can match people of like skill against people of like skill, whereas LFG is truly putting you with random people.

Then don’t. No one would be forcing you. But for those of us without friends who play it would be a nice option to have. It’s awesome that Bungie is basically saying “Forget how much you love the game, if you don’t have friends that play then max level just ain’t for you...”

The thing that bugs me is the lack of matchmaking.

So it was fine when it was free, but now that he can’t sell it he wants to quit.

Nope, he just thought, “Ooh, money!”

How is this any different than people making “Let’s Play” videos and putting them on YouTube? Both involve using someone else’s product, adding your own time and effort, and making money from it. There’s no blanket ‘yes’ or ‘no’ solution to this.

This comment will never see the light of day, which is good because I know I’m in the minority and people would take every chance to say how stupid I am.

If it was Valve quality, we’d be waiting a few more decades for it.

If NoA can't give us more than one version of the New 3DS, then they sure as hell better not give us more than one version of this. Us Americans can't handle having choices, remember?

Funny, I said the same thing about your comment.

It's pointless for me to write comments since I'm pretty well entrenched in the Kinja fog of war but I can't help myself - you have no idea how jealous I am watching you play! I'm giddy with anticipation for tomorrow to hurry up and get here!
