Every time one of these “Alanis went and drove a thing” videos happens I love them.

Raptor had the 6.2L as an AVAILABLE motor in 2010. It was there from the start. Anyone who ordered the 5.4L clearly had more money than brains.

GM still splits it’s truck sales between 2 brands so the deck is stacked against GM until they want to list them under 1 brand or start using a Combined Sales claim. There have been years (again, like I said not a ton of them, but there have been years) where the GM twins have beaten the F-Series. Which means that if

Agreed. They could easily play the game. The point I’m making is that GM isn’t trying to change or challenge the claim.

Easy there Turbo, I said there have been years, I didn’t say there were a ton of them.

This is also partly due to the fact that there are Silverados and Sierras. There have been years where that combined chevy and gmc total was higher than f150, but Ford lists all of it’s SD and HD trucks in one total and doesn’t have a sub brand competing against itself.

I’ll keep buying used, thanks. My last vehicle I spend under 11,000 for. After trade in value/down payment I only financed about 7,000. I drove that car (2007 Mercury Milan V6 FWD) for 7.5 years and over 100,000 miles (bought it at 45,000 miles, sold it at ~150,000). Rough cost of repairs in that time, including

But...what concessions?

It’s a crime you aren’t writing things like this for money on this site. Genius-level idea/writing.

Can’t speak for others, but I can tell you that I stand up as soon as possible because i have a bad knee and sitting in the cramped seats for multiple hours hurts. It’s nice to fully extend me knee by standing up. I do my absolute best to keep my ass out of everyone’s face.

One hugely big problem is that there are more and more required pieces of equipment.

While they are both bad, at least the one that uses metal “nuts” is a pun. Frankly, I don’t need to see your veiny sack tangling down under your truck bed.

And he still didn’t realize he should’ve bought TWO pick up trucks!!!

I’m in.

This is a great idea and my daughter (almost 3) will love it...until it eventually goes away when the frozen 2 frenzy fades out and I walk into a tantrum buzz saw when her favorite story won’t come on...

That’s why my favorite question to ask (in regards to new testament parables) “What was Jesus trying to tell us here?”

Monoblock wheels are awful, in all sizes and colors.

For decades there were “California specific cars” built to the state’s specs. That was mainly back when emissions controls made the cars tragically slow. As the CARB compliant cars came closer to the functionality/performance of the normal cars throughout the rest of the country the manufacturers were like, oh well

I wouldn’t be angry about this at all if they had called it a Taurus X or a Taurus E. Dragging the Mustang into it is the problem here.
