I LOVED this assignment as a kid; we did this in 4th grade in Tennessee back in the 90s.

I always picked the youngest women to repopulate and anyone with a gun because of raiders/mutants- the fact that I even was thinking of “repopulation” horrified my teachers, and no one in my class had seen Mad Max or played the

Good to see Apple devices still suck.

Sounds like the movies/shows are now like the comics.

lol why?

Eh, I guess I can agree the CW-style show is it’s own form of camp, but ugh, it’s hard for me to watch, sort of like watching a sports mascot or a clown- I always felt embarassed for the actors in these shows.

I know how wierd the Archie comics could get, and I love Twin Peaks, so I thought there maybe something with

I knew about it through listening to Quentin Tarintino talk about inspirations behind “Kill Bill.” It’s not a film I recommend to people unless you are into pretty depressing stuff or rape-revenge flicks, but the last third of the movie is all “revenge” and pretty cool.

Wow I didn’t realize it was struggling, for me it’s the best non-strategy WH40K game I’ve ever played- it just oozes with atmosphere, and it’s the first view of the Imperium that didn’t make them look like complete cartoon characters; through the narrative and environments, you actually kinda get an idea of how people

It’s still so wierd to me to try to replicate art with a down-grade into Live Action, and that people/kids actually like it.

As a kid, anything that wasn’t animated was immediatly way more boring than something that was.

Based on my favorite book of all time. Glad to hear it’s a pretty good production, may have to watch it someway without an MGM+ account... something... something....

Honestly “A Clockwork Orange” is pretty tame compared to most of these. I think this list is meant to rate magnitude of on-screen provocation. “Clockwork,” while a masterpiece, is fairly allusional; it doesn’t actually show a lot of the violence, or the graphic outcome.

Good choice!

Sorry read too fast, thanks!

Agreed

Wait, so can you still only play Act 1?

I dunno, I never imagined CRPG’s to be as big a hit as they were in the 90s, but look at Baldur’s Gate. Even Elden Ring pulled in people that normaly weren’t Soulsborn people. I think it still could be a hit.

I know people don’t like this criticism, but it literally looks like a CW show.

Fan fiction? What are you on dude? I know Rian Johnson doesn’t hate Star Wars, but his take on it feels very reductive. I understand the movie, I just don’t think it fits with any of the other films, and on top of that as a stand-alone film it’s just dull. You seem to enjoy belittling people that have different tastes
