Give me a break, FFS. Have we forgotten when Stephen Colbert roasted the shit out of GW? Or when both Seth Meyers and Barack Obama laid into DJT? This is pretty par for the course for the correspondents dinner.

Cayenne honey!!
I know right!!!
She’s probably had Botox and fillers, but I think most of the difference is down to her hair and makeup. Her hair is flatter, her brows are lighter, and I’ve never seen her with a nude lip. She’s styled like a young country star, which I guess is appropriate for the occasion, but it’s not unique.
Roger, Roger.
You can’t take someone’s rights away because you don’t agree with the choices they make. Would having less children improve these women’s lives? Absolutely. But the way to achieve that goal isn’t to have the government start making reproductive decisions for them, forcing procedures and medications on people. And then…
That is deeply fucked up.
Maybe half the time I’ll actually change it and the other half I’ll point the remote at the stereo and pretend.
Health is health. Wellness is GOOP shit.

Don’t call me Len, I’m a bishop!
It’s a tricky grey area!
Amy Poehler looks so happy and relaxed and amazing in that photo. She deserves all the good things.
Steve Carell owns that’s what she said. He owns it.
I don’t think it’s a real thing, but on that show Family Guy they always have an obnoxious character say or do something over-the-top racist, and then they claim it wasn’t *really* racist because such an odious person said it. But they still put this racist thing on tv and played it for laughs.
I will also say that I find these serial or episodic responses like Code 45, the UK update, and the one on Kotaku’s Nerd Love to be deeply irritating. I think they monopolize space and it’s almost always dudes who do it, and it just bugs the bejesus out of me. I know, I know, Gawker, Univision, Kinja is different now,…
I saw the exchange and it left a sour taste in my mouth. It seemed to me as if Muck wasn’t considering other points of view. He didn’t seem to understand that his detractors knew that he was being satirical, and thought it was offensive *despite* his attempt at satire. I don’t necessarily think it deserved a ban…
If I’m a handmaid, someone even worse than Trump is President.
Yessssssssssssssssssssssss. Thank you.
