Am I the only one that thinks that electing law-enforcement officials is a terrible idea that’s outlived its usefulness? Aren’t there better ways to hold law enforcement accountable to the community?

I went to New Orleans with a flight-adverse buddy. He used the Xanax/bourbon combo to get over his flight anxiety and was cool as a cucubmer...when he wasn’t asleep that is. Don’t know what Florida Man was taking but it sure doesn’t sound like Xanax.
