Even if your intentions are good, putting yourself in the path of hundreds of pounds of flying rubber and steel is foolish.

They appear to be on a scooter, so getting anywhere near the tires is ever dumber than what you were suggesting, which was a horrible idea to begin with.

So you’re going to get ahead of heavy tires travelling at speeds on a curve with unpredictable movement, blasting your horn?

Although they get a bad rap, those things do help prevent dings in the grocery store parking lot. Which is of course the natural habitat of these animals.

“The really irritating part is that they still don’t know how to hold their phone when taking a video.”

Given that the client was clearly one of those whales with a cost-is-no-object vision, my guess is that a big chunk of that went to “misc expenses,” “overhead,” “undifferentiated costs” and such like, which was then spent on a lot of high-end Vegas hookers.

That was my first thought...

I think the takeaway is “blatant insider trading but we are dancing around it for fun joke.”

According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Association, nearly 30 percent of all people killed in traffic fatalities each year — about 10,000 people — are the result of drunk driving.

You mean like the $1 Billion in assets, or $100 Million in capital gains in three consecutive years threshold that’s in the bill? Something like that? So this bill would only impact 700 people in the entire country and not come even remotely close to affecting any non-Musk/non-Bezos or their ilk?

Ugh - the concept of ‘other people’s money’ is so bloody tiresome.

There is absolutely no plan to tax the 401k of middle class Americans, full stop. The threshold for the tax is tens of millions of dollars, but thanks for the scare tactics.

First they came for the billionaires, and I said “hell yeah” because I wasn’t a billionaire.

You mean to tell me that this Pedoguy doesn’t want to pay taxes?

If you get it right you don’t even need the oil changes at Jiffy Lube anymore. Your engine develops self-changing oil, i.e. it burns enough of it that you just put a quart in every two thousand miles or so and it’s fine.
