100% agree. I live in Louisiana and work half the year in Wyoming, both of which definitely  qualify as provincial. As long as my hair is short, my skin white, and my attitude deferential I have very few issues with them.

I’m a gun owner AND a person who is immensely distrustful of cops in general. Cops selectively enforcing the law according to their personal beliefs is precisely why so many people don’t trust them now. I can’t imagine ANY scenario in which announcing this as department policy, for what are obviously political…

I agree 100% with your ‘don’t give a shit either way’ stance. However as a student of history I’d like to point out that no good comes of ANY country claiming a right to exist, and to colonize their neighbors, based on their religious identity.
