No problem with politics as subject matter in comics. But honestly most of Marvel’s talentless hacks use politics so hamfisted that its a boring read. Tom Taylor’s Xmen Red run comes to mind. What was once used as allegory by actual writers has become “I watch too much CNN” for story topics.
