your answer kind of says it all. these weren’t “good books/stories” by a large consensus. you didn’t even read them.

he says “write good stories” and your reply is advertising?
DID YOU JUST ASSUME HER PREGNANCY STATUS?!
I’m of the school of thought that shifting around a few people isn’t going to make it all great again. Like, they need a Dungeon Master to regroup all the teams for new adventures.
can’t disagree with either of those things, factual replies, just saying that for ME, once i got two issues in, i never bothered caring with whatever he set out to do with Cap. Generic radical separatists slash Hydra knockoffs. pass. New Swordsman? pass.
Invincible Iron Man Vol 4....starring Iron Spider/Aaron Davis & TWICE the MJ.
i’m doing the Drake meme approval right now.
Nah i’m going to have to agree to disagree. I didn’t like the villains he chose, 0/2 so far with them. Also, I don’t really get the appeal of the 1940's revivalist art on the book & the feathery looking Kirby costume. Cap was starting to look like a man living in the present under Hickman, this all undoes that…
Slott on Iron Man, Waid on Captain America, Stohl on Captain Marvel, Spencer on ASM.....oh wow Marvel is really making changes. Hard Pass for 2018 Marvel.
because just what it need was a boooooring re-imagining by Coates after Christopher Priest and Reggie Hudlins epic runs.
it’s not even a fact they “whitewashed” Kusangi. Canon original issue #1, author states “Major Motoko Kusanagi” was an alias, the author’s own narration/voice.
“Kalogridis was attached to the Ghost in the Shell adaptation back in 2009 and said the decision to make the Major white ‘broke my heart.’ “
Sony’s deal is with Tom Holland for 6 pictures. MCU is getting 4 of those appearances. Sony owns the rights to Spidey/Peter Parker. Think about this: Spider-man is usually completely CG fx or a stunt guy in a suit during action scenes. Tom Holland’s deal could easily allow a voice over for an additional Sony movie.
i’m actually completely open to it being amazing af. Sony/Columbia Pictures made Life. Sony/Columbia is making Venom. Lead 2 writers on Venom wrote Jumanji. Tom Hardy has performed many times beyond my expectations of him. & the director made Zombieland.
when i first saw Cyborg, he was in the early Saturday morning cartoons of the 80's, when they also unveiled Firestorm. Both of them were dour and tortured people, correct. I like modern era TT’s Cyborg a lot more, he reminds me of actual black guys I know.
Personally, I want him back for Thor4: God of Lightning.....& Hammers
A Cyborg solo movie...
yea with the amount of shenanigans at Marvel in the past 2 yrs alone, this never even rated for me.
About #92, CB Cebulski’s appointment as EiC:
Agreed, I always thought their relationship was an attractive dynamic to the ‘superhero couple’ thing they had. I’m not sure if stable family guy Hawkeye is a potential crisis in his life? or if it’s just a way to give some sense of normalcy to the Avengers.
