I think a lot of women struggle on the bench compared to the more core-centric exercises. Not a dig on her at all, given that the numbers are generally phenomenal, but I think she has room to grow. And she seems like she will!

It’s the strength to weight ratio! The lift numbers on their own aren’t really that impressive unless you know that she’s only 101lbs herself. She squatted 3x her own bodyweight! Quite good.

Impressive numbers for her weight. I can deadlift and squat 100 lbs more, and bench over twice hers, but weigh over 115 lbs more than her so she’s stronger than me pound for pound.
