Did you see her stepping out with a strappy off shoulder top in Italy?! I was like YES YOU ARE LIVING YOUR BEST LIFE AND I AM HERE FOR IT!

Yes please!!!!

Look at the statistics of who would be doing that service out of necessity and come back to me about a false comparison.

I actually don’t think he’d be that bad at it? He clearly plays rich asshole womanizer well. I just wanna know, did he change his name on Twitter just for this tweet or is he a legit Rihanna stan?

As much as I want to be angry at the sons and the wife for ignoring warning signs and not digging deeper to find out the truth, I also can’t really blame them. It’s hard to distance yourself from a family dynamic that is so ingrained in your psyche and to objectively examine why you might so implicitly trust and

That was the lazy shorthand to get the son from upset with his father to suicidal in 3 minutes of screen time. It still felt like a pretty big jump like we missed something about his emotional state during the scandal.

2 minutes seems about right. As shown on HBO, there simply appeared to be no editor associated with the ‘movie’ at all.

Damages was worth watching after season 2? I think I bailed mid season.

Watched it last nite not realizing PBS’s “Dark Angel” was on. De Niro really captured what an insufferable prick Madoff was, altho I had to wonder how much of a stretch it was.

This was raised a couple weeks ago, when the first part of this story came up - here is a link to my comment, which includes a link to this story - in short, there is no evidence that it actually happened.

I completely agree. I’ve searched for anything related to the girls attacking their families and came up blank. This is the last thing they need right now. I’m not saying it could never happen, or even that it didn’t. But until there’s real evidence we need to keep our mouths’ shut.

I think cgist is correct. In a Jezebel article about the initial release of these 83 girls, someone commented about girls attacking their families. I was shocked and wanted to learn more but found nothing, even after fairly extensive searching. Until I see a valid source I’m treating it as dangerous propaganda.

May 9, 2017, Vice News Tonight reported on a woman who escaped from Boko Haram militants after being kidnapped for more than five years. Warning: It’s very devastating to watch, but it does include this great piece about Richard Spencer’s hometown in Montana .

They’re going to trade captured terrorists for the girls.

I’m not saying that the Nigerian government has turned a blind eye, or that they haven’t done a lot on their own. But many communities in Nigeria don’t want former captives to be reintegrated for fear that they will be dangerous, radicalize others, etc. There are also popular culture superstitions regarding witchcraft

My heart goes out to these girls, who have witnessed and experienced some of the most agonizing atrocities imaginable, and their families. I’m glad the government is doing what it can to help rehabilitate and reintegrate them. May they live the rest of their lives in peace.

Good news. But what stands out at the end of the article is that it’s taking government 8+ months to examine these girls. Examine? Is that like brainwash them back from Boko’s garbage ideology? Poor girls.

Yes, our speaker was excellent as well. I graduated in Comparative Literature, and this wonderful man (whose name I sadly cannot recall) said: Graduating in Comparative Literature indicates that you are fluent in at least two languages. Congratulations. You are now on the level of an average three year-old in any part

Good for them. That man looks benign but he is just the opposite. And universities should never invite political speakers to graduation events.
