That poor kid. Imagine believing that your parents’ have your best interests while you are dying and maybe realizing that they don’t.

Nail salons opened here and less than a week later there were 30 new cases of COVID after weeks of none. A worker went to a high case region, returned and infected their fellow workers and clients. That’s how easy it is to spread. Masks worn inside are now mandatory. Don’t want to wear one, then stay the fuck home. 

I can’t stand the taste, smell and texture of fresh tomatoes. Ketchup, tomato sauce etc is fine. Whenever I order a burger I always say no tomato with a 50/50 chance of it having tomato on it.

I’m guessing the husband knew better than to start eating his own fajitas.  Better choke down cold fajitas to show solidarity with his wife than risk the wrath of the cheese-less. 

She writes with a straight face that she was rewarded with a vacuum cleaner for being “hot”.  Her husband knows her price point now. $400. 

She has “fuck you” money. Even if no one bought another book or made another movie she still has enough money to wipe her tears of rage at the thought of trans people being treated as human beings.

I’m beginning to think that some white people don’t believe that cameras aimed at them are actually recording what they are saying and doing. Otherwise, why continue your stupidity when its obvious someone is recording you?

We had an excellent Chinese food buffet here, it was a chain but the food was excellent and changed out constantly. One person was stationed just to wipe up spills and clean surfaces and this was before COVID. I’d trust them now. 

I went to one years ago when I had to travel. The chef was great, he had 3 omelet pans going at once and talked to the guests about where they were from etc with gentle humour. His tip jar was doing fine.

The $55 a night no tell motel down the road from me has free WIFI and free parking in the back. It’s a popular motel with the locals. I’ve used it a few times when I’ve needed a quiet no distraction space. It’s a bed, table, TV and bath, nothing else and surprisingly quiet at night.  I think the guests don’t want to…
