Your map is accurate - it’s showing ‘no excuse’ postal voting.  Michigan, for example, only allows postal voting if you declare you fit one of several defined categories. “It’s easier” isn’t an option - but we are voting today to remove a lot of restrictions on the ballot process.  Wish us luck!
