My wife’s grandfather was fervent that colloidal silver was a cure for all ailments. He was also completely, utterly, bat-shit crazy. (ie. God came to him and told him to rewrite the Old Testament. He said the ancient prophets removed the part about the “Amazonian women” which he added back in.) He had been taking 4-5

I am thankful that Officer Gaston was well-trained, highly disciplined, and level headed. I think most of us in this situation would not been able to keep their composure and someone would have ended up dead. I wish all officers had his professionalism. Think about how many situation would have been de-escalated

The next World War is going to look like something out of the Terminator movies. It is not hard to imagine a country allowing AI to target and kill enemy combatants. It will soon devolve into whose AI/hardware is the most efficient, eliminating the human interaction. It will absolutely be terrifying.

Broken Range Rover? Screw the 1%!

Neutral: Honestly, we hate our 2018 Honda Odyssey Elite.

Damn, you beat me to it!

At first, I was pretty impressed that they were able to infiltrate their power grid. However, I realized that the majority of Russian infrastructure is probably still running on Windows 95. I am much less impressed now.

I would bet that the VW driver knew they were not supposed to be on the track. Dang lucky nobody got hurt.

The new Blazer is just another sad, jellybean crossover. GM is just pathetic at this point.

You just ruined my only mental escape! For the love of all that is good... please stop! I have a 3 yo and hear that damn song multiple times a day.

I entered that circle a few years ago. I love the sound of well tuned exhaust, but I don’t want to daily in it.

I doubt the Supra would be able to walk on GT350, but we will see. However, the first attempt is not promising:

“Toyota had just a little more power”

I think you missed my point. I think we need a little history lesson.

“And I’m really not sure how either is “overpriced” against it’s competition.”

The Supra is such a disappointment for me on so many levels. Let’s look at the two numbers that are easiest to compare.

“...what appears to be the runt of the vehicle family — the poor hatchback.”

Wait, wait, what?!? Why does a FRONT wheel drive car need a REAR wheelie bar? A wheelie isn’t even remotely possible! Am I missing something?

On paper, putting the different nose on it sounds like a terrible idea. It is like having a friend set you up on a blind date. Your friend will only tell you that he/she “is such a sweet person” and “has such a fun personality”, but nothing more. You then show up to the date to find the person has a great personality

This is my same take on breaking up “big tech”. Even if you did split Facebook into separate entities, people will gravitate to the most popular platform. This is not like breaking up the railroads or Bell. There is no physical asset/commodity seperate.
