I’m glad she’s not going to jail, but the terms of her probation seem set up to ensure she does soon. Civil Disobedience should not be subject to jail time. Expecting her to cease protesting is some bullshit.

And that’s why the republicans pushed hard in 2010 to win over state legislatures, so they could take over and gerrymander their districts, flood courts with federalist judges, and, when the stupid voters decide to vote for a democrat, just change the laws as to what the democrats in charge can do.
