Absolutely! They may not be liable for her behavior, but they certainly gave her a deadly weapon that they apparently don’t have a problem with her using when she’s off-duty.

While I am glad that he is being put thru the justice system, the cynic in me wonders if the only reason he was charged is because he is black....my point...I feel like white officers never get charged for the same actions.
