I watched a few random episodes from some seasons. Couldn’t really get on board. The Cambodia season I watched it fun...regrettably.

At some point I’ll have to watch the Season 1 episode I show up very briefly in as part of the audience.

I really need to jump on the new TG train. I’ve heard it’s good, and I like Harris a lot (I’ve been reading his stuff from back when he was at Autocar).

Also, my friends have told me the same about Clarkson’s Farm. So yeah, I’ll get on that.

The Grand Tour.

I’ve watched Top Gear since I was a little kid. I remember Clarkson, Needell, Butler-Henderson, Quentin. I remember struggling to find torrents for Fifth Gear when the entire cast minus Clarkson basically migrated there. I remember Clarkson’s Autoworld. I enjoyed the new format Top Gear with Clarkson

I have never figured out the numbers on the Volvo XCs. I used to just call the XC90 the XC and the XC70 the XC Wagon. Then they started popping out XCs left and right, and nothing made sense to me anymore.

Reading comprehension = 0

Wait, so I tried looking for this in the article, but is there going to be a 3-door version? Sorry if I missed that.

Back in ‘05 when my dad was buying me a car for university, this was one of the cars in our budget. I actually didn’t mind the styling of the hatchback, and I liked the clean interior design (if a bit cheap and plasticky). I might’ve done it if weren’t for the fact that the Mazda3 was also in budget, and a vastly

I’m sure someone else has mentioned this already, but there are parts of the world where FJs are being sold brand new, with plenty of availability. I don’t actually think it’s gone out of production yet...

I’d have a silver one. Feels more in-era for me.

The Boxster would’ve been another one on my list.

Hybrid and electric propulsion is Ferrari flexing their technological muscle, and preparing for the next era of sports cars. The LaFerrari was a preview, and the SF90 is the production showcase.

This? This is a love letter to the NA V12 for Ferrari’s most die-hard customers.

I won’t comment on the rest of the list, but the Alpine is definitely very, very pretty. In a market full of overly-aggressive sportscars, it makes think back to when cars were so much simpler.

I think comparing something like the NA/NB Miata vs today’s car or the original Z3 to today’s Z4 really provides the context.

You know the press keeps shoveling the whole “Volvos are so clean-looking” down our throats, but I don’t see it. I think they’re certainly handsome, but don’t look too different from everything else out there. You know what I miss? 90s Audis.

My mom, for a brief period of time about fifteen (or more) years ago, had a 1994 Chevy Camaro V6, automatic with t-tops.

In another life, I remember pitching to run the Genesis Middle East social media advertising. Our agency was highly specialized in automotive accounts, so we all knew what we were talking about. In my gig before that, I’d worked on the Infiniti account.

When the pitch came across our desks, I was asked to lead because

All the provenance of being named after a guy named TreVoR.

For all the praise they get in the press, I’ve never really been impressed by the initial quality of a Korean car’s interior.

Yeah for all of the talk/praise of Hyundai/Kia’s interior quality, I’ve found them to be a let-down. Other than the second-gen Genesis (I dunno what it’s called now).

Does it feel any different to a regular, top-spec TLX?

Man, am I glad this thread came up to give me a space to vent.

That new Bugatti Centodieci. It’s supposed to be an homage to the EB110, but to me it just shits all over it. It’s a cynical marketing exercise to make a shit-ton of money ($8million per car worth) off of the legacy of what was one of the greatest cars of
