As a Honda-enthusiast, and someone that’s totally buying the hype, I would.

The standard against which all automotive journalism should be measured against...2005 Jalopnik.

The sheer number of typos in my post is actually bothering me...

So this is how I remember things with this.

I find cars like this fascinating. Two other cars come to mind:
1) Mazda MX-5 25th Anniversary - It wasn’t mechanically different to any MX-5, but the QC process was stricter, and the tolerances for parts was much lower. They only chose the best of the best of the best to go into each of these cars, and as a result

Man, did you read the article about the guy that basically went through EU registration hell (jumping around countries to exploit loopholes), until he could get it registered?

Every few months I think about this car. I wish it existed. They also teased us with that newer sportscar concept based around Gordan Murray’s platform. JUST GIVE US A CAR ALREADY YAMAHA!

My Honda del Sol with the TransTop had that feature. It was rad (as was the whole car). Shame I could never keep the top working.

Are we really not going to talk about the Nissan Hardbody?

I came here to post about the Mercedes resemblances. It’s not the first BMW either. The new Z4 looks like the SLK/SLC (what do they call it now anyway?). It’s not the details, but the overall basic shapes.

My favorite car ever, as good as it is, would undoubtedly be better with RWD. The Fiat barchetta.

I know they did something called the Honda Crossroad in Japan (now also out of production). Is that anything like an Element? Could it have been considered a successor?

Nissan still has the 370Z and the highly-rated Micra available in other parts of Europe.

Didn’t Ford fix this under Mullaly? The man himself proudly drove an LS460. He told his employees during his first address that he drove one because he believed it was the best-built car in the world, and that Ford should be building cars like this. He then encouraged all of his senior execs to go out and get cars

My father-in-law had a first-gen Festiva (he had a Kia Pride, but same difference). It was panned by the press when new, but when I drove it five years ago, it was actually...fun. Was it the lack of assists/tech that made it feel so engaging?

I’ve stuck to well-known brands for this list.
Acura: Legend (whatever they want to call it now, it remains the Legend to me).

Wait who’s facing the charges? The drivers or the Tesla? Probably more useful for the Tesla...

Rusty Lancias. They pretty much killed the brand, from what I can recall. It’s one of those situations where it’s pretty clear product killed a brand, not the management.

I believe C and B come from C & B segment cars. The S-Max was the first of Ford’s “Max” minivans, and was essentially a sportier looking Ford Galaxy minivan, so the S is for Sports?

Sounds like a cream of sorts.
