In 2013, when my 86 was literally brand new. I decided to offer a co-worker a ride to somewhere. I’m paraphrasing here:
“You should really get a new a car.”

“Why, I just bought this brand new a few months ago.”

“Oh, I thought it was really old. It doesn’t have any screens or anything in here. New cars usually have more

That interior is perfect. I’d want those armchairs in my living room.

Oh man. It’s hideous, but I love it. It looks like something out of some ‘60s futurist’s illustrations.

Hmm...all of a sudden I’m tempted to keep my 86 for ten more years.

So I’m super skeptical of it being “fun.” Not because of anything Stef’s said, or Jalopnik, just in general. The press RAVED about the previous-gen Mazda2 as the “driver’s supermini.” So when my mom was buying supermini, I recommended it over the Yaris, which is what she would’ve bought. It helped that I’d had great

My wife works in PR. I wish she got paid Khamsin money...

This is the car of my wife’s dreams. I’m not even kidding.

Audi jumped the shark on styling a long time ago. There was a point in time where no one cared that they were literally Russian dolls, because they looked so good. Clean, crisp lines that could’ve come out of Apple’s design studio. Now it’s all big grilles, LED lights, and random flashiness to let people know this is

Oh wow, you’re really into Citroens, I thought those people only existed on Instagram, where they make me insanely jealous...

Are you talking about the first-generation C5? I thought it was hilariously proportioned when it launched, but it’s aged well. Probably because most cars are proportioned like that now. The

That is the most normal line-up of cars I’ve ever seen. My parents briefly had two generations of Accord at once, but that’s as close as we got.

So from what I understand, that USDM Accord isn’t really an Accord. It’s a Honda Inspire, which sat somewhere above the Accord in the line-up. The Euro Accord was too small for the US (and various other midsize segments).

That’s how trucks should be specced. It’s all but impossible to get something like that where I live, short of being a corporate/fleet customer and ordering like a bajillion.

I’d actually never realized the Mugen edition existed. We didn’t get it out here, only the regular version. So I’d assumed the bigger wing was part of a later model upgrade or something.

That’s awesome. I love running into fellow barge enthusiasts. Unfortunately the XM wasn’t sold here, and if I’m going to have to go through the trouble of importing one, I’d rather just go with the C6.

A French luxury car. Or maybe, just a luxury car. I’m pining to own a big Citroen (I’ll do a nearly-new DS5, but would much rather source a Citroen C6). In any case, I’ve owned sporty/sports cars since the day I got my license (del Sol, Mazda 3, Peugeot 207 GTI, Toyota 86), I now want to experience the other end of

Let’s start with love:

My most normal car ever was a Corolla, but I don’t have pictures of that, so here’s the Mazda3 that replaced it. My dad bought it brand-new for me to use through college, and I LOVED it.

I’ve never owned a car with cruise control. Your comment perplexes me...

Nope, I’m pretty sure that’s a two-generation old CTR. That’s the stock wing, at least on the early models.

You are, and continue to be, my hero.
Now to organize a mini-car only track day. Anything longer a modern Chevy Spark will not be allowed to get on the track. Slowest lap time wins (cars must be driven flat out).
