Well, the S-Class wasn't offered with hubcaps, but I believe what you're referring to are the stripper-spec E-Classes and 5-series (one segment down).

Basically, in the Fatherland, they aren't as premium as they are everywhere else. The E-Class & 5-series are a bit more humble, being used as taxi cars, and on company

Interesting fact about the cloth seats. The reason that option is there is because old-school Japanese business men/politicians (the guys that buy these things supposedly), don't like the "rude" sounds leather makes when you sit on them.

You know, looking back on it now, that actually looks like a fun line-up of cars.

Yeah, it's pretty awful compared to the concept, but in the flesh, there's something about the Thesis. Maybe it's just their rarity in the UAE (they were officially sold here, yet I've seen more Reventons in the flesh).

EVO said it was pretty horrible anywhere you took it. The sense of occasion cancelled that out, but I mean, still wasn't great.

Ian Callum.

I dunno about Pininfarina. For every beautiful car they do, there's a Hyundai Matrix.

You did it better than me, I have to concede that.

That said, my thoughts are more about how I think they've actually botched the entire car, not just the launch.

I hope I'm wrong.

The B.Engineering Edonis. Built from the shattered hopes and dreams of the Bugatti EB110 project. Autocar did a group test with an Edonis, an early Zonda, and a Murcielago. The better-known two were apparently tame in comparison. The Edonis came across as a "modern-day F40." I haven't heard, or read about it since,

Wasn't Jalopnik celebrating it for being a "wagon" when the first images came out? Honestly, I'm not a fan. Then again, I've never been a fan of the Q7. I think I wrote this on a forum somewhere on the interwebz, "The Q7 is that member of the Audi family that could never be bothered getting a fitted suit."

I can't understand the hate for the SC either. I've driven one, and while it isn't quite up to an SL500 in terms of dynamics, it's still a gorgeous car.

Good call. The 850CSi is one of my all-time favorite cars.

My favorite Ferrari of all-time is the Ferrari 456. It's absolutely gorgeous, and exceedingly rare even in a market where exotics are relatively common. Both times I've seen one, it's made me weak in the knees. Yes, it's technically Ferrari's GT, but any Ferrari is a sports car in my book.

Alfa Romeo 8C

So it's the same concept as the Ford Flex then? Still a crossover, but more wagon, less SUV.

I keep finding it important to make this correction whenever I see it. Tonino Lamborghini is Ferrucio's grandson. He does not work at the automotive company. He has the right to use his own name, but otherwise he runs a designer label known as Tonino Lamborghini. It's like Tom Ford's son starting a car company, and

1. Nissan Skyline GT-R/GT-R - The most consistent contender to the 911's throne throughout the ages. Not my cup of tea, but undeniably brilliant.

So many grammatical errors in my post. Is there no edit option? It's really starting bother me. Ugh.

Never driven one. Just what I read (as with most people on this site). I still think the Viggen is awesome as hell, just not a credible M3 competitor.
