There are endless supercharger kits and turbo kits out there. Starting at $2k or so and going up as much as you want. But you dont need a lot of power to have fun in them. Unlike Mustangs or Camaros where the power is the fun part, Miatas are just inherrantly fun. You can throw on a header, muffler and intake and it

A few grand should find something nice looking. Miles arent overly important. The engines are really simple and can go obscenely high mileage without breaking. Plus you can find replacement engines and parts cheap. I've seen fairly low(ish) mileage ones with perfect bodies for around $4K.

Watch craigslist for a cheap one. Eventually one will come by for under $1k, buy it. Drive it until it dies (it probably won't). Problem solved.

I've driven them on multiple 2000+ mile trips and those were too short too.

Exactly! The fact of his mental competence can't be a factor when he is running from cops, driving erratically and endangering people's lives. The cops have to deal with the situation at hand. They can't be expected to know if he's crazy or not. Its asinine to even bring it up! If this guy was so crazy that he was a

That engine is nice and all but I was really hoping they would go with the V9. Even numbers are so last year.

Correlation does not equal causation.

Screw that. I want an 8/1ths version! And a motorcycle frame to put it on!

"Low miles, straight body"

Well A: this isnt what they tested. And B: To them anecdotal=proof
