For a toy that's supposed to be the answer to all the girly, gendered toys out there, the GoldieBlox toys are sure girly- ribbons, lots of pink and purple...how about a non-gendered toy like Lincoln Logs or TinkerToys?

This is heartbreaking. It's too bad she couldn't have Father Bypass Surgery. That's what she really needed.

Is this a Flowbee haircut?

Either way...the result is the same.

It's gross that I'd honestly rather do it with Kid Rock, right?

No, not at all. RAWR.

Poor people pay taxes, most notably, sales taxes. Income tax is only one type of tax.

What does it say about me that I'm not grossed out by this?

Ideally, I'd take two showers a day. I love showers, I love baths. I love getting into bed totally clean. Since California is in a terrible drought, though, I'm trying to cut back to one a day and do navy showers, which is not very satisfying. That is a totally separate issue- and I read the article about the old people. They sound like a real pain in the ass, and I feel bad for the employees.

All of them. At least every one I've been to.

I don't blame that McDonald's for wanting those people out. It's a restaurant, not a library or senior center. It's not reasonable to camp out all day in a place that works on quick turnover, while not spending money.
