Downsampling from 1440p(perf mode) to 1080p is going to net you a gain no matter what. It’s people on 4K sets(and mine is a budget TCL so don’t think I’m rocking something awesome) that are really seeing the issue.

Make sure you’re actually playing the PS5 version and not the PS4.  Fast travel load times have been less than 5 seconds on PS5 for me.
