Like many reading this I can type very fast and usually if there’s just a typo in a word I just typed I’ll ctrl+shift+left arrow, type the word again, and move on. Fiddling with navigating the cursor to the middle of the word via mouse or arrow keys seems to slow me down more.

Taking that further, if someone is a pain in the ass to work with and the job calls for working with others and collaborating, then they very well may not be the objectively most qualified.
