Our company actually makes a detector to prevent this from happening. Essentially it uses a tripwire to match the acceptable profile for the bridge, tunnel, ect. It is usually at least 5 miles away so the train has time to stop and the crew can find the issue. There is an IR backup system that goes online until the

We are on our 4th lease had have not put money down on any of them. We figure out what is a comfortable payment, and see what fits.

We have had 2 Crosstreks (‘14, ‘16) and they were both slow. Surefooted, but slow. We now have a ‘19 Forester and it feels the same.

So basically we are getting a normal sized Jeep again. I love the JK/JL, but compared to my old TJs they are huge.

We recently leased a new vehicle and the dealer we went with gave us a quote with all our stipulations (yearly mileage, lease term, ect) with the first or second email. The 3 local dealers wanted to beat around the bush, so we had the car shipped to us from 9 hours away, and it was still $2,500 cheaper than anyone

We just leased a Forester from a dealer 9 hrs away and decided to have it delivered. It was not worth it to fly out and drive it back. The delivery charge was about $100-$150 more, so was worth it to us. The funny thing is I met the driver at a Carmax close to my house since he was dropping off/picking up there

Why do you have to rub it in? I had an ‘05 Unlimited that looked just like the top pic. For some reason I wanted a better everyday vehicle an sold it for an Outback. Still miss that Jeep.

Wow, sorry to hear that. I have a 2011 GT and have been relatively problem free. There have been 2-3 recalls since I have owned it (2 years this October).

Same here. Their quote is much cheaper than the 3 dealers in Kansas City. That includes the $500 transport fee.

Kia still builds the Borrego, only it’s not in the US and its called the Mohave.

Don’t forget the 5th Gen 2.5GT’s. With a little tweaking they are great, and manual only. I have one that looks just like this:

The 2019 Rav4 is not even trying on that D pillar.

This makes me think of the new Jeep JL and previously the JK. They bulked up a lot moving on from the TJ. There is not really anything filling in that void except for the Renegade, which in Trailhawk guise, is actually pretty good. It’s no Wrangler, but its about the same size as the TJ (a bit longer than a LJ).

Certain cars look good with the two tone paint, or the “floating roof”. This Impreza however does not.

This is basically why I didn’t buy/lease a WRX last year. My wife has a 2016 Crosstrek, and it could use WRX power. I think Subaru would sell quite a few with the sporty CUV’s that are just starting to be offered.

We are on our 2nd Crosstrek, and my wife loves them. It is a dog, and I question passing people on 2 lane blacktop. But, the Eyesight has saved an accident or two.

You could get a manual 6-speed in the 4th gen Outbacks. It was only on the base model, but it was an option. They used one to make the GTk for SEMA in 2009:

My last 5 or so used vehicles had horrible looking cabin air filters. That is one of the first things I check and usually change.

Growing up in 80's-90's rural Missouri (outside St. Joseph), we actually left the keys in the ignition when in the driveway. Granted, it was a 1/8 mile long gravel driveway with 4-5 loose dogs running around. No one ever snuck up on our house :)

2010-2012 Subaru Legacy 2.5GT. They only made about 2,000 for the US.
