I will eat all of her damn gummies if they make me look as great as she does at 79. SEVENTY FRIGGIN NINE! She has had some great work done to her face.

This old crone gave up illegal drugs, and her beloved weed, a few years after she moved out her parent’s house.
OH LORD. I’m actually going to defend this family. (deep breath)
Here’s another article with more detail, for those who are interested: https://www.santafenewmexican.com/news/local_news/santa-fe-parents-charged-with-abuse-in-teen-sons-cancer-death/article_a9dfcf52-f6ad-11ea-88de-5b5faa315dd8.html
There really aren’t any details here. You are being incredibly judgmental without knowing all of the particulars.
I’ll preface this by saying that I’ve never viewed Bladerunner as cyberpunk. It seems more like straight up dystopian science fiction to me with broad genre appeal. Maybe that’s not fair, but the remit of Bladerunner’s stylings always seemed to encompass a broader patch of science fiction than just cyberpunk.
RIP JK Rowling, I guess.
The far right routinely talks about a far left that doesn’t exist. If Trump was running against Lenin, SURE churches would get removed and private property would be abolished. However, Lenin is long dead and I think his far-left is not being embraced.
You weren’t baiting them or being gaslit.
I am just shaking my head. I just saw a post on Next Door regarding a person who had displayed a Trump flag. The poster said that they were heartened to see the flag, and it had inspired them to put up their own flag.
She’ll be glad people are paying attention when Trump inevitably refuses to leave the White House. Hopefully this will become an issue sooner (2021) than later (2025).
Long post alert!
I dislike minimalism (midcentury mod makes me irrationally irritated) but this is not the answer for so very, very many reasons. Can’t we get a great new take on art nouveau or arts-and-crafts movement styles? Not something that looks like a cross between cat vomit and squeeze-cheeze?
Second. Ugly, rapidly disintegrating, incredibly toxic, fire retardent foam insulation used as accent pieces. I’ve eaten cookies less appealing than that shit to a toddler. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve used expando foam to seal parts of the garage, but the only one who ever goes in there is me when I’m hiding from my…
My understanding is that the reason Jenna did the gender reveal in the first place is because she’d had a series of miscarriages and wanted to celebrate something positive. She didn’t do it because she cared about the gender of her child.
She is not credible. After inventing such a lie about her personal history, why should anything she says about her traumatic history be taken at face value? She is entirely unreliable as part of her grift is setting up grand stories of hardship about herself. Excuse me if I am not inclined to believe her claims of…
At the time of the original article, I think he was using they/them, but now is using he/him. Also, I tend to agree-this largely seems like a self-inflicted burden, and it’s hard to blame The Atlantic for this one particular issue. In fact, I might go so far as to say that doing so actually distracts from and…
I’ve read through the article like three times now, and I am confused about what Brewer was told and when, and what the actual claim of wrongdoing against The Atlantic is. I get that the ultimate wrong here is supposed to be that Brewer was (in addition to being misgendered) “outed without consent by a national…
No, if you point out that believing sexist criticism about women’s looks is wrong, even when directed at people that are objectively terrible, then you are unreasonably fastidious. Jezebel grants themselves permission to be sexist all the time. Principles are things that they apply to *other* people.
I wouldn’t really want to answer snarky questions at my job from someone obviously trolling me.
