i've been praying for adium to support video chat. i think there used to be a project that gave users that feature.

i've used magicjack for over 3 years now and it still hasn't failed. i don't even live in the u.s. and it really is the cheapest alternative i've found so far for the unlimited "call anywhere in the states" situation.

anybody ever heard of magicjack? the software sucks but it at least works pretty well for what i need it, unlimited u.s.a. phone calls.

i actually joined the game about a couple of years back with the first and only macbook aluminum so far. it works so well, that my next purchase might be a macbook pro.

this is just incredibly sad. it will be a huge void to fill, if ever.

i think nothing is nearly as extreme as this sport. these people are the best athletes around

i actually use flux: [stereopsis.com] some people claim that it is only a placebo, but i can testify that it does help my eyes at night.

i was just reading this on anonymous' twitter feed, and wondered why there's been no press coverage. then i thought of the possibility of it being blocked and "alas", gizmodo posted this

i seriously doubt it. i was browsing through my downloaded pictures on a popular messaging app, and noticed that the pictures were still on the messaging history chat, even after i had deleted them off my phone.

thumbs up for you sir.

i can see how different leves of personal security can be compromised with this new technology. i just hope it is well implemented and constantly improved

i am still using a 9600gt card in my old 2008 box. looking at the cards now, a gtx 480 is under $60 (crazy value after only a year). anybody want to recommend me a decent setup with this not so old hardware?

people are seriously using Lion?

this is perfect. thanks for sharing. i did remove the bold text on the commands though =D, looks better with normal fonts imo.

i got it to work on vmware fusion 4 for mac, and it is currently working well so far.

anybody use whatsapp? i think it is a good alternative, it just needs a few code revisions to optimize battery life and perfomance on different platforms. other than that, it does what is is supposed to; send messages, files of any kind, group messages, etc.

yeah, gates did a good amount of the work. he actually made a version of the Basic programming language.

steve jobs never coded anything in his life, it was the other steve that did all the engineering stuff

incredible that, in these days, i can actually befriend john "captain crunch" draper in a virtually connected medium (facebook)
