The ending of The Rose is perfect!  How dare you!!!

The Newton & Astro shutting down, how about a new roundup of Mac Desktop apps–ideally a deeper dive than just Postbox & Airmail.

Season 4 does NOT put Rachel in the role of “The Suitress”–that’s a line, I assume in the teaser, that calls her out for her stated desire to marry a contestant before the season ends. I have 2 episodes left to watch in S4 and its a weird train wreck in which Rachel is virtually unrecognizable from previous seasons.

Was this a promoted post?  Serious oversell in the build up.  I worked in trailers for over 10 years. If that’s the best they could do, movie’s a B at best.

I ^%$#ing LOVE Michael Avenatti. His tweet says: “I want to thank...the prosecutors ofc for their professionalism starting with our first call early this am.”

Yes, someone’s identity is important to them. But it need not be important to EVERYONE. It’s this kind of righteous solipsism that gives liberals a bad name.

Sure, but the Bianca personal is bitchy and mean. I actually met her alter ego Roy Harlock once and he was very nice... But a little young to be full-on Tim Gunn, RuPaul level mentor... IMO.

Bianca would be great hosting Snatch Game, but she’ll never be Mother. To me a big part of the success of the show comes from Ru sharing “been there, felt that” wisdom with the “kids” as Ru calls all the contestants. The only person I can think of who could maaaaybe pull that off would be Chad Michaels. But still,

Botox.

Confusingly written. How can he be the Valedictorian if “he was never asked to deliver a valedictorian speech?” Title sounds like a great kid was selected on merit and then denied the opportunity based on race. Instead it seems as if a bright activist kid wasn’t permitted to give his own speech at graduation because

This is straight out of Paul Beatty’s insane satire THE SELLOUT which won the Pulitzer, the Booker Prize and is a MUST READ!

Making friends and building connections isn’t easy, but it’s a long game you’re playing and it’s so worth it. I’m going to get a little serious for a mo’. I’m an only child and had poor social skills. My parents divorced, my mom died when I was 26 and my Dad when I was in my late 30s. For various reasons, I had no

Oh, and Lifehacker should check out a new app called Station – seems a whole lot like Wavebox, but free.  Groups a bunch of apps you use at once all in one workspace... For certain phases of my job I find it very helpful.

No clipboard managers–many mentioned in comments. I love Paste specifically b/c of the option to always paste as Plain Text. Maybe others do this, but it’s the first one I’ve found that did.

Better Snap Tool!  I cannot live without it!

I’ve tried them all and I keep going back to Bankivity. It’s come a long way since iBank. Not perfect, but something about it gets me every time.

I use Postbox for Personal and Newton for Work only. I hate that Newton is subscription BUT it really is the best I’ve found for me at getting to zero inbox. Also a little Life Hack: different mail clients for work and personal. Life changing. Actually I get the work emails in both, but no personal at all in Newton.

Do we really want corporate America making decisions about anyone’s livelihood based on behavior in a personal, consensual relationship that did not begin in the workplace? How is his show’s being iced different from a conservative corporation firing a woman who has had an abortion? Through the lens of feminist world

So Hardwick’s show and other projects were just put on hold and potentially cancelled... and I find it somewhat chilling. While Hardwick is clearly a rotten person, I for one don’t want corporate America making decisions about anyone’s livelihood based on behavior in a personal, consensual relationship that did not

I bought a case of earplugs a few years ago and my fiancé laughed at me, but I still haven’t run out and I use them all the time. I like foam NR33 for really loud stuff, and the flesh colored “hear-os” for lighter. The trick is you need to correctly insert them by following the directions. Roll up and then lift top
