300 mph sounds optimistic ;)

Truex Jr.: “WTF is that!”
Spotter: “ TURN RIGHT”
Truex Jr.: “Oh dear god what’s happening!?”
Sporrter: “TURN LEFT 3 TIMES!”
Truex Jr.: “Dammit I’m in the wall, sorry guys I don’t know what else I could have done there.”

Backing in is the correct thing to do. It actually takes up less of everyone’s time and it’s safer. The more you know...

5th gear: I don’t know why more people don’t back into spots. Easier to get in and out, particularly with larger vehicles, backup into static conditions, pull out into dynamic conditions with better vision, and takes no more or less time since you have to backup at some point whether you do it into a spot or out of a

The problem is the same it is with every government agency. It pays poorly and consequently only attracts the worst of the labor pool in whatever field it happens to be. The only people who end up working for the gov are people who couldn’t hack it elsewhere.

Damn, the traction control in the new vette works pretty good. I don’t think there could be any harsher test than what I just watched.

It is entertaining to see idiots like you get all riled up. I don’t know how you can manage to make so little sense and yet seem completely convinced of yourself. Have you ever seen that south park episode where cartman convinces himself he really did write a joke he had no part in? Thats you. You should look it up if

Christ, talk about a nice scripted sales pitch.

Game of Thrones has now officially become cool enough that it is no longer cool for hipsters to say they like it. Congratulations Game of Thrones!

Hahaha if you think the S1000 RR runs the fastest liter bike lap times I’m going to let you in on a secret, the lower numbers are better ;)

I love the car but Nissan needed to wait until next year and got some speed under their belt first. Even if you know you won’t be competitive it is still demoralizing coming out and getting stomped. Aprilia is figuring that out in motogp right now. Whereas suzuki waited before jumping into the big show and it is

I had a guy drive 4 hours to come look at my motorcycle. I made it clear I was 4 hours away and firm on the price. He said that was fine. After a couple of days he manages to get a friend to drive him over then decides he is going to lowball me. I literally laughed out loud. I told him if he wanted to make his friend

What is the logic in describing the battery as powering 3 to 5 homes for 2 hours? Why not what seems to make way more sense on the surface, power an average home for 6-10hrs? I’m sure there is a reason I’m not grasping here...

Or, and this seems to be a shocking concept, people could just not drive like dangerous assholes then they wouldn’t get yelled at. Boom, problem solved.

Well yes his slipper clutch settings will effect how quickly his engine speed and rear wheel speed sync back up, but that doesn’t necessarily make me wrong. I will give it to you that he could have it set to the point where he is basically just popping the clutch or maybe not. No way to tell from that video alone.

Some racers prefer to blip the throttle while they down shift to match revs (heel toeing is the car equivalent) others pull in the clutch, downshift, and just slowly let the clutch out to control engine braking on the rear wheel. He is doing the latter, that’s why the revs drop off then slowly come back.

Improved fuel economy is great, but it is crazy to me that people would let gas prices dictate their car purchasing decisions. Until you get into the realm of seriously dramatic changes in fuel economy it takes about 1 minutes worth of reasonably simple math to recognize MPG’s should be near the bottom of your

Ford explorer should not be number 2. Tire problems not car problems. Not a fantastic vehicle by any means but I survived my entire childhood in one. Certainly could have been worse.

As a lover of motorcycle racing, Moto America is not exciting or even easily available to watch right now. It would be nice if they had more than 4 bikes running superbike. Hopefully they can get some traction and get American professional racing going the right direction, but it’s certainly not there yet.

Yea I had pictures at one point, no idea where they are now :(
