I ran a handful of GM1 Strongholds earlier with my trusty level 1 Cloudburst.

As a Storm main since the VIP demo I can second the Storm being a solid starting choice. Not only does it have great AoE and beefy shields while hovering but it can maintain that hover way, way longer than any other javelin, giving you a much better view of the battlefield in extended fights.
