I'm watching a recorded stream of someone playing through this right now (VideoGamesAwesome's stream, to be specific) and watching them getting pissed at how obtuse some of the puzzles are with the dumbass chat providing false hints adding to the problem is infuriating.
My favorite anti-piracy cry was, "You wouldn't download a car!"
Surprised to see that too. It's a pretty good game. I just didn't expect fellow pirates here to have decent taste.
I've had ATH-M50s for a few years now and I bought Astro A50s recently thinking I could use a gaming set with a mic built in.

Whoa whoa whoa...let's not get too carried away and start throwing around the G word here.
I've been following this pretty closely, even as someone with no interest in any party involved, and I gotta say your description is kind of misleading.
Oh hey, I've used one of these.
Ah, I see. Apologies. Slowing it down you see him cut slightly into the turn (about as much as one can in a sprint car on short notice) before gunning it trying to whip it back down the slope once the rear slipped.
Looking closely at the video, Stewart slides away from Ward as he revs the engine. Not into him. He appeared to be trying to avoid Ward.
Yep.

Step one: Don't spend $450 on a goddamned action figure from a game that was a big deal for all of a month.
Alas, the Badoon are owned by Fox as part of the Fantastic Four/X-Men rights, so they were replaced by the Sakaarans from the Planet Hulk storyline.
It's not about "lost sales". IP protection is about preventing other people from using your work to their profit. It doesn't matter if most people 'think' that having their games on a stream would be beneficial to the copyright owner or not. The point is that the streamer is using the work of others without permission.
The point you and so many other oh-so forgiving (because it's Nintendo, I guess) commenters are missing is it's not the fact that they are selling out, it's the manner in which they are doing so.
No, Minecraft has a "Peaceful" difficulty for that. (Which I actually enjoy for some relaxing, low-impact exploration/crafting).
2014 Reality Patch Notes:
Also, the Surfaces aren't out of date or limited. They were purposefully locked down to only run that one app. That's the entire idea. They are there for that one purpose only.
Somehow, I get the feeling this all just one big ad for Microsoft, but at least it's more creative than a billboard.
