Also, don’t get miffed if your “usual” isn’t passed from one bartender/server to another as part of the establishment’s institutional memory. If Bob always knows your order but Amy is the one working when you come in, she will not care that “Bob always knows what I like”, I promise.

I would add “Don’t assume the bartender/server has memorized your usual drink or menu choices.” It’s nice when they do recognize you and remember what you usually order, but don’t get miffed when they don’t - especially in a busy place.

If a younger adult in good health dies from bed bugs, call me. A 96 year old can die from complications of a cool breeze, may she rest in peace.

Bad caretakers seem the more likely cause of death than just bed bugs.

my gf and I watched La La Land after all the buzz and when it was over we were like ‘???? THIS is what everyone is so excited about???’ we had friends who said that they were sobbing in the theatre, and we were like WHEN?! WHEN DID THIS MOVIE SPARK ANY KIND OF EMOTION?! we couldn’t wait for it to be over.

I am sad that there is a not a gif of the South Park “Quick, do your impression of David Caruso’s career!”

This.

remember when Katherine Heigl left Grey’s Anatomy and was basically like “I AM ON A ROCKETSHIP TO STARDOM, SEE YOU LATER, SUCKERS” and now here we are

Has CBS considered not making a show that’s either a police procedural or a legal drama?

Also: Tip really well. You should tip well for good service anywhere, but if you plan on being a regular, tip nicely. Not only will it even out (if you’re getting those free drinks) but they’ll take care of you before other less regular customers and you won’t be known as the asshole regular. I’ve seen some folks who

I can’t believe Emma won and not Isabelle. Emma’s fine and I like her but the movie and her performance were just so...mediocre.

There aren’t any HQ versions of his speech available, so this was the best gif I could make:

You could see people in the audience getting up to leave as soon as it was announced too. Like a giant collective “Ah, fuck.”

Oh so he was just method acting his way into sexual assault, okay. That makes it fine, he’s just really, really professional.

What role did he pull the most inspiration from in regards to Denzel’s talent, was it Training Day, Malcolm X, Carbon Copy? I’m honestly curious because I can’t ever remember him playing “brooding white guy from Boston”.

The actor is survived by his family and Bill Pullman.

I’d rather watch La La Land on a loop for the rest of my life than hang out with those assholes, and I fucking hated LLL.
