He didn’t ban muslims. He banned people from certain countries. So, it would be difficult to prove as unconstitutional. And AFAIK, immigration law is very convoluted and authority can revoke visa or refuse visa without giving any reason.

You would think it would be an easy process. Assuming OP origin is Mexico, it would be super difficult to get an approval. Few weeks ago, there were two guys sneaked into Canada from Minitoba border instead of applying asylum in US. They both got frost bitten badly and one guy lost all his fingers.
