Part of me suspects when word got out that it may not fold down and everyone freaked out, they may have said “well fine, make it fold” even though the structural design was already done.

What is the benefit of folding the windshield down if basically the entire frame stays in place? Sticking your head through the opening?
This is why most of my t-shirts are black. I’m sure they’re obscenely stained, but you can’t tell.
I thought your landlord had your old lemon of a Honda?
I’d be curious cost and performance-wise with how these compare to the 205/60R13 federal 595s
being that the injector is halved, I would assume the diagram is taken from the center of the housing, so you won’t see the edges for the seals to ride on. The total lack of taper at the openings is a fair point, but being a conceptual cutaway, it’s excusable. If they built one at it worked, they would have had these…
I pretty regularly go 1-redline-2-redline-4 in my FB (first is very very short)
I currently daily a high-mileage FB. An HCCI rotary would be very very difficult (compared to the already-very-difficult ‘normal’ HCCI)

I moved here from PA and it was a distinct downgrade, I’ve driven in MI enough to know it’s much worse than here, haven’t been to MA though.
Huh, that’s a good question - Ohio has had more astronauts than any other state, but did those who drive the lunar rover come from Ohio?
As an Ohio resident, I would much much rather this money go into fixing the existing roads. I’m getting tired of driving on the lunar surface every day to get to work.
My FB is missing the trim piece below the fuel door and I’ve come across a couple unicorn farts while looking for a replacement one.
I have an FB and am amazed by some of the parts I can still get from Mazda for it... and saddened by the lack of others. I think they may finally be drying up, sadly.
Knew a guy in college that had an automatic e34 525i. Slowest. BMW. Ever. A manual trans would have greatly helped that though. I had agreed to buy a loaded manual ‘95 540i a few years back, but it was sold out from under me...
I want to see if OEM windshields are still available (I doubt it). Based on a terrible experience with safelite, I’d rather have a dealer do it.
This one has zero rust, 179k miles, and a ton of rock chips (I seriously am considering replacing the windshield because at dusk/dawn you cannot see out of it) - came to me via NY from Georgia
Hey! I have an ‘85 in silver over burgundy that I’m certainly not the first to be daily driving (based on the mileage). It’s fantastic.
