I sometimes highlight fiction, don't always go back to the selections though. I highlight passages that resonate with me or that I find special in some way. I also highlight new (to me) words. As a to English translator, I'm always trying to improve my vocabulary.

My go to smoothie right now is frozen spinach (they come in little nuggets so I use two nuggets which I think is one serving size on the bag), almond milk, maybe some berries, and a banana. The banana always covers the taste of spinach and makes it drinkable for me. Sometimes I add a tablespoon of peanut butter.
