Check out the indie game scene. Stuff like Hollow Knight, Celeste, Nuclear Throne, Enter the Gungeon, and Spelunky might be right up your alley. They all have no crafting, razor sharp gameplay, and are complete games.

There were the Coleco tabletops and Nintendo's Game and Watch series. Game and Watch is far better than Tiger Electronics 

If only we all had small handheld devices that could fit in our pockets and could do a variety of things like play simple low cost games at any time.

If you’re going to hop into an Arkham game, I really recommend starting with the first game in the series, Arkham Asylum.

I mean, Assassin’s Creed has had some real gems over the years, but the first one was also a repetitive grind. A rogue-like restart system is not a good fit for a game like this. Or any game with repetitive cutscenes for that matter.

Remember the first Assassin Creed? :)

So if Desilet’s track record is to be trusted, Ancestors II will be really good. It’ll refine and improve all the good ideas and cut out the repetitive busywork. And it’ll be set in Renaissance Italy with a very charming protagonist.

I’m really not so sure that the owner, and leader of Sony should be spending this much time on a gaming website.

GBA was always special to me because it was the first console I saved up to buy on my own. I eventually upgraded my OG one to an SP, because backlight of course.
