Camus in the first several rounds but a knockout by Sartre in the eighth.

Souls-like isn’t a new term.
Gamestop won’t be around in two years.
it’s really easy to defend it when the alternative is siding with people like you
Disney asked that future Spider-Man films be a 50/50 co-financing arrangement between the studios, and there were discussions that this might extend to other films in the Spider-Man universe. Sony turned that offer down flat, and I don’t believe they even came back to the table to figure out a compromise.
Exactly. Venom’s and Into the Spiderverse’s success made them cocky and they think they can actually make good films now. Except the fact that Venom was enjoyable was basically a fluke, because it was still a poorly scripted, poorly edited garbage pile that happened to be anchored by an entertaining performance by…
In all honesty, you’re right. I fully expect the next Spider-Man movie to be good but not great (if they keep the same stars, writers and director) and then Sony is going to get full of themselves and then it is going to go right down the toilet again, and in 5 years we get another dead Uncle Ben
And Iiiiiiiiiiii-yiii—iiiiiii....will always....love youuuuu
I guess Sony got tired of making money.
Welp. There goes any hope for more quality Spider-man Films.
I’m getting a very weird Track and Field II vibe from this and I am way more interested in this now. Which is to say I have some interested in it because before this it was none.
I feel like after the R&C reboot and the movie there might not be any more R&C for a while. I would rather them go back to the Future series (which was itself kind of like a soft reboot from the PS2 era) than follow the new reboot, but honestly I’d take any new R&C.
I paid $14 to get into the alpha years ago, and I’ve spent over 2000 hours in it. That’s less than a penny PER HOUR.
Yeah I think under Spencer they’d sell their games on every platform in the world if they could. As opposed to Sony, which is still in exclusive-exclusive-exclusive mode, an approach that will no doubt sell a lot of PS5s.
Functionally I doubt this really changes much (except for the Sunset Overdrive fans) but this is just another top tier studio under the Sony umbrella now. Their first party team is something to behold.
I mean, nice try at echoing my sentence structure, but not liking business practices isn’t even in the top ten of things wrong with internet nerd culture. Sexism, anyone? Toxicity in co-op? No, it’s people who are annoyed at exclusivity!
Except Microsoft has a nasty habit of gutting such studios. And beyond that, I’m allowed to understand the economics of a process and not enjoy the results; trust me, I get why these things happen, I just think it’s lousy.
Yeah, Online isn’t usually my thing either, but after so, so many hours in single player - once through the whole game, and however many hours playing a second time through till Chapter 3 (but not doing the first Dutch mission, so I can still use guns in Rhodes) and then sticking to free-roam, I decided to make the…
Shocked but pleased that Ori is making the switch, hoping for Will of the Wisps to come over eventually as well. Can’t stand Microsoft buying up indies and making them exclusive, never thought I’d see this happen.
I think most of us are very sympathetic to the Hong Kong protesters. But I hope most Americans keep their mouth shut about this as we can’t even begin to imagine the pressures she’s under with most of her family still in China.
