Then it’s like I tell everyone. Hybrids are the way for right now, and EVs are the way 20 years from now. I think we’re going a little too fast with this. Make all cars hybrids within the next 10 years. This will give ample time to build the infrastructure for EVs, emissions get reduced possibly 50% (people will most

R-1234yf is expensive all by itself. It might be cheaper to fill your car’s AC system with printer ink.

If the 4C had a manual, I’d have moved heaven and Earth to have one. Alfa reliability and all.

I think the problem here is that you can’t actually market this thing to people who don’t know about cars. There’s no wool-pulling. It’s not like the Urus (I finally have an excuse to drive a Lambo!) or some heritage-laden tweedmobile (Careful with the Jag, darling).

Lots of car names became famous to normies for

Actually, YES, they are.

California is using it’s position as the world’s fifth largest economy as a bully pulpit.  Whether you want to classify that as “force” or not is semantics.

Obama being a worthless President has absolutely nothing to do with his skin color.

Nissan Altima, the official car of payday loans.

I am talking $12-20k cars. There are only like a hundred to choose from in the whole country. That is a massive hole. If you take the average income and look at the ATP of a vehicle, you will see we are paying a shit more than what we can afford for new vehicles.

You simply don’t know. You insult people who bothered to learn instead of learning yourself. I was told the same garbage you’re

Insult is not an argument.

wouldnt surprise me to be honest

As someone who studied a year in emergency medicine and on-scene responding, there is NO WAY a locked door handle would stand between me, or any rational person for that is, and a man in his car consuming smoke & fumes. I won’t even list how many ways one could save his life as it’s pretty basic human instinct

We use the term ‘differently fire able’ now.

And walls. People use walls because walls work.

I’m inclined to buy the argument that the same thing would happen with any car with locked doors, and also question why they couldn’t break the window.

If only they had something that could push some sort of projectile at a high rate of speed through the window

Or....

The Trump administration, you’ll remember, is all about “safer cars versus more fuel-efficient cars,” which is a logical carnival ride since those two things are not dependent on each other. The president believes that fuel-efficient cars “like papier-mâché. Somebody touches them and the entire car collapses.” That cou
