Thats a really good point. I know there was the Razor concept (early '00s?) and that EV you're thinking of. Something to go up with the TT would be awesome. It could probably be built off the Dart platform, fws base, awd as an option?

Thats ridiculous. Should have asked him if he has a licence from this country and if he knows what a speed sign looks like. Any time I've passed a cop he was in the left lane doing 5-10 under the limit, and I always assume I'll get pulled over but I havent yet.
A slightly smaller more agile car could be pretty cool.
Thats some bull shit. I really don't get the point of that though. Let me do under the speed limit, then go as far as pulling someone over for passing me when I do. Trolling? Or just that bored?
I've been wondering about what the're going to do with the Challenger considering it hasn't even had a refresh. It will be interesting to see what they end up doing.
damn this is what I came here to post haha
I was just thinking the same thing. (Coming from the guy that was up until 3am looking for a new shift knob)
Wow, yea thats some awesome logic. The dealer we were at was similar, they didnt want to budge on the price either. The car was rare, (optioned out, VR6, awd) but there was some body damage (scratches and a few small dents). They kept making excuses that they were the lowest price dealer out of any in 100 miles and…
I've never really had experience with VW dealers, but a friend of mine just picked up an '09 CC from dealer, and you're completely right. We drove 2 hours to take a look at it, and not only was the salesmen just kind of a weird idiot in general, he knew next to nothing about the car. The two of us were explaining…
This is what I always figured as well.
Some guy started talking to me cuz we both drove wagons... He drives a Caliber.... So I totally agree that the term wagon needs to be defined better.
I liked Pontiac as much as the next guy, but the G8 is back as an SS (though I like the styling of the G8 more).
O wow. Good to know.
I'm not the person to ask about weight reduction, but 200 sounds about right. If I'm not mistaken can't you swap the 5spd from a Cavalier Z34? Granted, that is a lot of work (more than I'd want to go through anyway) But if you got a good deal on the trans, it could be a fun winter project.
All the more reason to get a carbon fiber hood (i kid, i kid) 300 lbs.... if its not going to be your DD you could strip the interior?
Yup I always liked them too. Even with the 3.1, those things sound surprisingly awesome with a mild exhaust. As far as the trans goes, my buddy had one in his cammed, e85'ed car and shifts were quick and crisp. If it held up in that car, it'll work for anything.
The bullet mustang wheels look pretty awesome, my friend rocked those for a while. These are the pre-gens, even better if you could find them in white, it would look awesome on the black car.
Look for someone who does a 'built trans' for the cars. They use an input shaft from a 300M and after that they're damn near bullet proof. I know of a guy here in MI, but not sure if that really helps you.
Yea I totally agree. A normal road is definitely scary.
Awesomeee. I had a red coupe, loved that car. You should look for a set of the 5 spoke 'pre-gen' wheels. They're 16's off the earlier grand prixs, but had a lower off set. My buddy has them on his car and it gives it a great stance.
