On an unrelated note, can anyone recommend a good home smelter than can get up to about 2K fahrenheit?

Interesting. Auto insurance is definitely a profit center for US companies. Car color doesn’t impact your rates here in the US, but that’s just because it doesn’t add any significance to a driver’s risk profile. Biggest factors here are your age, driving history, and where you live.
Where was that struck down as illegal?

not to mention Alfa’s stablemate Fiat. Have you seen how similar a Miata and the latest Fiat 124 are? It’s like Fiat just built a Miata and slapped a different badge on it. Like some sort of Fiata.
I see what you mean about the app requirement. I’m not sure it would be needed just for the carplay, though, but only if you wanted the advanced integration features the car can provide, like route planning based on charger locations.
Early 2000s Mercedes C Class and a similar vintage Hyundai Sonata. I’m not sure who designed that front end first, but someone was definitely copying.
I guess you could reach out yourself and see what they have to say.
that’s what gave us the cold war in the first place
The Honda app for my wife’s Odyssey works just fine. Gives me vehicle status, oil life, tire pressures, service due info, and explanations for when all the lights on the dash come on, and carplay works just fine. I’m sure a few network architecture nerds could figure it out, and would give them fewer headaches than…

Eh, at this point, Saudi Arabia needs us a lot more than we need them.
I feel like an in-car wifi connected phone app could do a lot of what GM wants to do with their proprietary system.
I’m wondering what mutual interests you think the US and China have on which an alliance could be built.
Yes.

Yeah, nevermind the fact that China would like nothing more than to claim sovereignty over a good chunk of the busiest shipping lanes in the world.
ah man, I knew I had forgotten a vowel in there somewhere.
full disclosure, your open stanning of Cayennes is what initially turned me on to them as something more than a badge-engineered Taureg, so thanks for that, it’s an awesome ride.
I love my Cayenne. It’s not the Porsche of my dreams/childhood bedroom posters, but it’s a great vehicle nonetheless. Now that the weather is getting warmer I’m lamenting not still having my miata, but it wouldn’t take much more than a quick budget/cash flow analysis to convince my wife that a used boxster would be a…
