Either way, they come at a cost to the state. But full time national guard personnel have full time missions, and won’t be pulled from those to drive buses. These are traditional guard members being pulled in for active duty orders temporarily. 

Some get actual paid military leave, some get differential pay (company pays the difference between what you normally make and what the guard pays), some just get unpaid leave. It all depends on the company and their leave policies. 

What? The national guard isn’t free labor for the state. They get paid while they’re activated.

My NB has had the same bad O2 sensor for several years now. I’ve got the new one in the glove box, I just haven’t gotten around to it. No emissions inspections here.
