What do you mean hurr durr is a BMW. It IS a BMW. The engine is BMW. The chassis is BMW. It’s built in the same factory as a BMW. Its VIN tag has a BMW logo on it.

+1 Werner Von Braun
Agreed. While my comment above talks about what truckers want to do, lots of companies really hammer home the safety aspect of what they do. However, in some cases, what a company says they do and what they actually do can differ. The place my brother drives for is notorious for forcing their drivers to drive in…
It took Takata years to develop an airbag that does not use ammonium nitrate, which can break down over time in hot and humid conditions and ignite too quickly, meaning that cars in the south and west have been targeted for recalls first.
What are you gonna do with the other 4 minutes and 24 seconds?
Came here looking for this.
But if you were to ask me to reccommend a car, I would suggest an MR2 Turbo.
MR2
Find a flaw with the MR2 Turbo. Hint: there’s none.
This was my choice. Depending on your meaning for ‘best’, “Mr.2" was, and still is, very popular..
Where’s the MR2?
I hope every manufacturer does this for us in the future. They don’t have to necessarily release the car with a manual (saving them a lot of time and money), they just don’t have to make it such a pain to swap the manual in afterwards.
2nd that. My 1991 has new seals and I still get 4-5 drops everytime it rains.
i accidently used a valet once. went out to eat with friends, and by the time i realized it was valet-only, there were a dozen cars behind me so backing out and finding my own spot wasn’t an option.
...at 48v, even.
This is bullshit.
1983 was still carbureted. The correct answer is finding a 1985 like this - still had straight axles, but also was upgraded to fuel injection.
Cars & Coffee just moved out there in May and it was amazing. I can’t imagine the local C&C group is so wealthy that whatever COTA expects for use of the parking lot is a major burden, and that Radwood couldn’t handle it. They also opened up the track for parade laps, hot laps with instructors, and full-on wheel to…
#RadwoodAustin @COTA
Make it happen.
Standard or not (I didn’t see many attempts at that swap on google), that is very cool. Do you use Oppositelock? I’m sure everyone on there (it’s still Kinja so you won’t need to make a new account) would love to see this.
