Honestly I really wish 50 Shades were the BDSM movie we deserve that this trailer implies. It would be amazing if that were the case.

This scene from Lucifer where he plays Metallica was pretty awesome.

That SNL skit was incredible.

Ah yes, “The Cumberbatch Phenomenon”

It’s the second-best pop-culture allegory to Mormonism.

These two people both perfectly fit the description of “average-to-odd looking people who everyone is strangely attracted to.”

The best cover of this song is called: Asshole Son

If we’re not limiting ourselves to trailers, I think the version of Mad World from Donnie Darko needs to be acknowledged as one of the forerunners of the slow, haunting pop-song cover genre :

lorde covers “everybody wants to rule the world” and it’s spooky af

It’s not a “haunting cover” (although, I guess maybe it is, just not one written for the trailer), but that Logan trailer with “Hurt” legitimately makes my eyes well up with tears.

Maeve had her pet techs build her a new body without the bomb in her spine.

Maeve wouldn’t have blown up. They showed her getting reprinted after Sylvester replaced the explosive vertebrae.

It was great, but he is a host though. She couldn’t acknowledge it because it would hurt her. They are programmed to not see those things. It would mean that none of the story line had actually been her free will and that it was all Ford’s idea. Ford placed Felix and Sylvester there to guide her.

Felix is definitely NOT a host. Notice how the lights in the cold storage area only came on when HE came in the room?

IMO, that was one of the best moments of the finale. It was reminiscent of the scene in Ex Machina, but humorously well done.

I loved that. You could see him doing the mental gymnastics of decided how he felt about being a host himself. Maeve instantly understands what’s going on and just rolls her eyes. XD

I dunno... I bought Felix helping. I think he wanted to help and felt bad for the hosts, especially finding out Maeve now remembered. He also had no real connections to any of the people there and was trying to help out that broken bird “host”. By the time Maeve started really getting out of hand I think she had him

Felix made me laugh out loud when he discovered Bernard was a host... and he started to do like ... the robot dance? And Maeve just eye rolled and basically went, “OMG you’re human. Stop it.”
