Totally agree. Painful sex that persists, and like the author describes is probably unrelated. Unsatisfying, baffling sex has a much stronger connection to porn.

I only get that if I’m not sufficiently warmed up. If the foreplay is good and long enough there’s zero pain. I know everyone’s body is different but I also think many people seriously underestimate the necessity that is foreplay. 2 minutes of kissing and boob squishing is not enough for most ladies!

I have the same problem. I did pelvic floor PT for about 8 weeks this time last year and it helped—but now I’m kinda back where I started. Sometimes it just seems like it’s so much work that it’s not even worth it.
