There’s not really a ‘this is how they usually are’ with SNL because SNL sketches, like any sketch comedy show, are pretty wide ranging in their subject matter and perceived level of ‘funny’.

Not news. Pete Davidson, not Malek. SNL not SNN. Trump sketch, Family Feud, Librarian, Women’s Roundtable and Weekend Update were funny, as was Robot for topical content. Also, try saying something original and or insightful.

I disagree. By making fun of the situation, she is disempowering the assholes who attacked her. The reason they attack her and other women online is largely to silence them, so she’s showing them not only is she not going to shut up, but she can poke fun at the situation and move on with her life. I completely agree, I hate when something becomes too popular. People seem to think that they can just wear a costume because they like it... it’s like they don’t even look around them to make sure too many other people aren’t wearing costumes based on the same character.
