I often feel like an outlier when I say I had a great time in high school. I went to a very diverse, dare I say “woke” public high school where being smart was cool and working hard was cool and being a nerd was cool and being a jock was cool and people were just...cool with everyone. Granted it wasn’t utopia by any

I need to see the background data for this claim. What was the sample size? They could have a sample size of 9 people and still make that claim. It’s bullshit.

Just because some people have financial struggles that impact their marriage doesn’t mean couples without financial struggles have easy marriages. Financial struggles are just one of myriad issues that can deteriorate a relationship. It’s not an either/or situation.

I’m reading it as “the decision to disrupt” was the decision to “rehome” their adoptive child. She’s saying that she didn’t want to have to make that decision, but she did make that decision and is now confused by the fallout?

Dammit. Reformation’s dresses are the only ones that fit my small boobs

ESH. I won’t stop making Alison Roman’s recipes though. SORRY

Ugh the bar is SO LOW

That show was full of amazing little one-liners. I loved it so much and was so sad when it was cancelled! I go through a re-watch of the whole series at least once a year.

Yes, that’s right, keep crowding close to each other, keep spitting on to the same microphone and then take turns speaking into it, get your mouths real real close to that baby, breathe in deep every time someone coughs & sneezes. Why not sneeze directly on to the microphone? No big deal!

I was coming here to recommend Blown Away! Though, I do feel the creators missed an opportunity by not naming that show “Best in Glass” (like best in class? But like with glass instead?)

Cole is one of my favorite Instagram follows, right up there with Patti Harrison.

I’ve never seen Topo Chico served in stores, at least the ones in my city. I know they kept it stocked at the Austin-based stores, and in the HQ offices. Topo Chico is manufactured in Austin.

Sorry, the “world leader in infectious diseases”? Yes, we certainly will be with this dumbshit sack of impotent dicks in charge of things.

I like Pete Davidson. I think he’s cute and funny. I don’t know if the rigorous structure of SNL is right for him, and I have no idea if he has any input on what gets written for him or if he writes his own stuff.

Congratulations! I had what some might qualify as a “hippie dippie” labor & delivery (unmedicated, doula, midwife, etc) and never really intentionally applied any hypnobirthing techniques during my labor, but “natural” (all labor is natural, so that’s crap) labor hurts like a bitch. I commented above, but at some

I did a similar thing, though I never really called it hypnobirthing. I had no epidural, mainly because I wanted to see if I could do it without one. I had done the birth class and had a midwife and a doula and all that. I remember being in the hospital and falling asleep between contractions; during active labor my

I mean, same...I remember when we put our condo on the market we had to do this before showings and for the listing pictures. I just like to imagine that Kim & Kanye can’t be bothered to even buy a roll of tape or extra USB chargers.

One of the (many) things that infuriates me about this is how shocked so many people are about the reality of the aftermath of childbirth. There’s so much emphasis on the woman throughout the whole process: conception, pregnancy, preparing for childbirth, the actual birth, that no one thinks to educate the (usually

I still use mine! I want to get a bidet attachment for our toilet but I’m lazy and haven’t done all the research, so I use mine as a lil mini bidet.

But doesn’t everyone know that that is all propaganda? I would never look at that and think oh man, I better book my post-delivery glam so I too can look as beautiful as this wealthy duchess.
