Depends upon the car. For some headlight lenses you pop the hood, flip a lever, pull the lens partway out, remove the connector(s) and your done. On others, it would probably be easier to remove the engine. I’m looking at you 2008-2012 Chevy Malibu.

I know a few people who believe that it should be that way. But you may be right, no one in office has proposed that. Likewise, I don’t think that anyone in office has proposed zero (closed) boarders, but that doesn’t mean that there aren’t people calling for them.

Is your ceiling fixture enclosed? Heat is the enemy of LEDs. Lighting Guy touched on that when talking about lamps rated to run upside down. An enclosed fixture can cook the LEDs and the driver electronics. The usual fixes would be either adding ventilation to the existing fixture or to replace it with one that has

You’re funny.

Both parties are bought and paid for by big business. Hillary was in Wall Street’s pocket. The Dems occasionally throw the people a bone in the form of a law that is pro consumer rather than pro business, but otherwise they’re pretty much the same as Republicans.

I was under the impression that all cars sold in all of the states meet CARB standards. Motorcycles, generators, and lawn mowers do not.

Better than someone who tries to start arguments on the web, insults people for no reason, and provides no data to back their arguments. You fit the definition.

The problem is that many people on both sides paint a black/white all/nothing, one/zero position. On the issue of immigration, I believe that zero immigration is wrong, but that open boarders is also wrong. With that position, neither side’s extreme likes me. Treat people with dignity obviously, but just because you

As long as they tell you clearly (not buried in some fine print) what they did with the data, I’m fine with it. Most polls tell you how the data are taken. Unfortunately, not too many people understand the issues with some of those methods.

If you have “Democratic” in your name, you’re not.

Must be a slow news day.

How thick are you going to make that Lexan? Lexan is strong, but thin sheets of it will deform without too much pressure. The halo must withstand at least 12 static tons of force.

A Venn diagram of less cylinders and less noise would not be two congruent circles. That means that your statement “less cylinders = less noise” is correct only part of the time. That’s all I was pointing out.

He’s commenting here isn’t he?

I’ve got the 4.2 V6 in my old F150. The 2.7T has about 100hp on my V6, which gets 16/21 mpg real world. I’d be surprised if the Silverado doesn’t do much better in general commuter driving which, let’s be honest, is the way most truck these days are driven.

Clearly you were never around my dad’s 4-cylinder IH tractor, which had no muffler. He wore hearing aids for 20+ years.

Hey! I’m always carrying a full load of post holes in my pickup.
