The only really difficult Gwent matches are the tournament missions, especially the one in the Blood and wine expansion. I never changed the gwent difficulty from the default though, so maybe if you crank it up, the regular matches would be tough as well.

This is one of my favorite games of all time. It’s the first console RPG I ever played, the first game I got for my ps2(yeah, a ps1 game), still the game with the best soundtrack I’ve ever played. It’s a large part of the reason I’m nostalgic for ps1 RPGs - so many of them were so wildly ambitious, trying to craft

JJ Abrams got BURNED

BB is really well put together, and will probably change the way you play the Souls games. The combat is awesome once you get the hang of it, but the enemy designs should also get their due credit. There are some seriously grotesque abominations in that game. And it has the best boss fights of the series, IMO.

First, play the DLC of Bloodborne. It’s excellent; it has some of the best bosses in the entire series. Plus you can find a lot of cool weapons in it.

The game asks you if you want to play online or offline when you load up your file. I’d still recommend playing online, you get to see all the hints that other players leave behind, which add a sense of companionship and lightness to a world that feels desolate and scary. And invasions don’t really happen all that
